  • Zerrobe reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

    • Remote Areas: 3–7 working days

  • Delays due to courier service, weather, or public holidays are not the responsibility of Zerrobe.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted under specific conditions (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items).

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for orders up to PKR 15,000.

  • Orders exceeding this amount require prepayment via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

  • Refusing a COD parcel without valid reason may result in the customer being blocked from future purchases.
