Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4–5 working days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer Standard shipping across Pakistan on all orders, regardless of order value.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 4–7 working days.

• Remote/Rural Areas: 5–7 working days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Zerrobe offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across all over Pakistan.

• For orders above PKR 15,000, pre-payment via bank transfer or credit/debit card is required.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email.

You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or contact the Zerrobe Support Team for assistance.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice.

• If both attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.

• To re-arrange delivery, please contact our support team.
